Yes. Every batch undergoes independent third-party testing to verify purity levels exceeding 99%. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every order, detailing the purity, molecular weight, and test results for that specific lot.

Peptides are shipped as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. This form provides maximum stability during shipping and storage. The lyophilized format extends shelf life significantly compared to liquid solutions.
Reconstitution refers to returning a lyophilized compound to solution for laboratory use. Researchers should follow their institution's standard protocols for solvent selection and handling.
Lyophilized (unreconstituted) peptides should be stored at -20°C or below, away from light and moisture, to preserve chemical stability for research use.
Properly stored lyophilized peptides maintain their integrity for 24 months from the date of manufacture. The expiration date is printed on each vial label. Reconstituted solutions should be used within 28 days when stored at 4°C.

Standard shipping within the contiguous US takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our research products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact our support team to initiate a return.
